Equipment List
Below Is a comprehensive listing of our equipment with descriptions attached
Hix 12″ Clearance Conventional Radiant Dryer
We completely disassembled this unit with a 24″ wide belt width with 12′ overall length dryer and we raised this dryer for a 12″ vertical bottle clearance height and we installed adjustable height end doors for heat retention and we installed all new heart panels and control panel and new gear-head drive motor. We also installed a solid steel pan the entire length of the conveyor for bottle/drinkware stability. We installed new air circulation fans and a new exhaust fan and a new 800 degree capable Teflon mesh belt along with 4 heavy duty swivel caster wheels for easy movement. This dryer tested at a max temperature of 350 degrees F. and it will cure epoxy ink on glass ceramic and stainless steel. 1 REMAINING

Dubuit Gas Flaming Conveyor
New Dubuit 24″ wide by 6′ long conveyor with steel waffle conveyor with new DC variable speed belt drive motor and a new Minerik DC motor controller, four 6″ (vertical) Flynn burners for 360 degree flaming coverage ( the flame is adjusted to be be loose so it wraps around the bottles with a 120 degree overlap) and I install the air mixing valves and gas regulators and venturi’s and air/gas mixture control valves. This unit will flame from 1 oz to 128 oz plastic and glass and stainless steel bottles and tumblers. O REMAINING
Cincinatti 12′ dryer
Re-built to “like new” condition 12′ long Cincinnati 3 phase electric dryer with a new 24″ wide belt with 14″ vertical clearance. Infra-red dryer rebuilt to “like new” condition. Hix 20″ Clearance Conventional Radiant Dryer
Hix 240v 3 Phase Radiant Dryer
The belt clearance height is 14.75″” as shown below and the dryer has adjustable height end doors for heat retention. We completely disassembled and we professionally repainted and rebuilt to
“like new” condition. This 370-400 degree fahrenheit capable hix 240 v 3 phase radiant dryer and it has a
new 48″ wide teflon mesh 800 degree capable belt. The 14.75″ substrate belt
clearance height has adjustable height end-doors at each end and the heat
chamber is 11’4″ long and the overall length of the dryer is 17′ 1.” The in-feed conveyor is 2’4″ and the discharge conveyor length is 3’5.” We installed new heater elements and new controls that we engineered and built and a new fused disconnect box mounted on the dryer is included. This dryer is new in every way. It has two opposing
internal circulation fans at each end of the heat chamber that retains
the heat inside the heat chamber rather than blowing the hot air out through the entry and exit openings (pic#5). A low cfm exhaust fan is mounted on the top.I installed 6 heavy duty swivel caster wheels for easy movement. The dryer is complete and tested and ready to ship. I suggest that 1/3 of a dedicated 53′ long trailer be used and we can strap it to the trailer wall and block the wheels with 2×4’s using 3″ decking screws will be the best alternative to ship it. SK UV Conveyor
10′ long low-time Chinese made UV curing unit with a new UV bulb for bottles and cups with 12′ vertical clearance and 12″ wide belt. The spindles that rotate in front of the UV light can be easily removed or modified to accommodate bottles. O REMAINING
Lesco Spinster UV
My tech and I have gone through this 6′ diameter UV bottle and cup unit and installed a new UV lamp and it works just as it was designed to, The substrates are hand-fed from the printing presses onto the rotating turntable and tumble into a garner bin or they can flow to a take-away conveyor to a rotating accumulator table. Also, the discharge bonnet can be removed from the turn-table and the bottles or drink-ware can be hand-removed by the packer at the discharge after they have passed in front of the UV light. The UV light is not visible at the discharge so UV light leakage is not a safety issue. O REMAINING
Dubuit UV
No internal adjust is required for different diameter size substrates. (such as adjusting a rotation belt that rubes against the substrate to rotate it). I have just completed this low-time re-built/re-painted like new 24″ wide X 18′ ft. long Dubuit UV Curing unit with a 12″ vertical clearance and with new Teflon mesh UV resistant belt 100-200-300 Watt settings for round substrates such as bottles & cups & containers of all types. This UV unit has a new UV bulb. I found a new source for UV bulbs and the bulb for this Dubuit unit is $140. One bulb will provide approx. 1 year of curing or approx. 2,000 hours of UV curing time. LED UV curing units are very expensive compared to UV bulb curing and this Dubuit would cost 3 times as much if it were an LED unit and produces the same result with lower operating costs.
