PTFE Slitting Challenge | Customer Testing

Today, we tested a special PTFE material for our customer.

The challenges:

• Stretchable and fragile film

• Minimum slitting width required: 10mm

To achieve this, we used our CORE SERIES Surface Coiling Slitting Machine:

• Powered by 3 servo motors, with two independently controlling the winding

• Automatic taper tension for precise and stable control

• Center surface coiling method, designed for stretchable and delicate materials

The result:

• Accurate and stable 10mm slitting

• No material damage, perfect winding
